YFYFC are an independent registered charity affiliated to the National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs. We are unique as we are a member led organisation run by the members, for the members!

Members are aged 10 to 28 years old, and there is something in YFC for everyone. Members benefit hugely from the vast training and development opportunities through our events, competitions and training programme giving members skills and memories for life. Our organisation is funded through membership subscriptions, donations and grant funding.

Yorkshire Federation of Young Farmers’ is part of the largest rural youth organisation in England and Wales. YFYFC has approximately 1700 members ranging from 10 to 28 years old.  It prides itself as a forward thinking, modern organisation with old fashioned values and traditions, The moto – fun, learning and achievement sums up all that YFC is about.

Yorkshire Young Farmers is extremely grateful for the support it receives from local companies through the sponsorship of competitions, events, training etc.  This takes the form of monetary sponsorship as well as loan of venues, equipment and livestock for its competitions.  Without this support we could not undertake the events we do and offer members the same opportunities.
